Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, DATEV – these and many more systems can easily be connected with enaio®. Because the interface compatibility of the ECM-solution makes sure that the creating and administering of data is automated and synchronised. That way users e.g. access directly from their FiBu-Software the transactions and booking rates or archive received analogue invoices after the scanning directly into the wanted register or files.
Or received invoices will be directed within the scope of the workflow processes within the ERP-system and will be forwarded to the responsible departments with enaio®. All information will be processed and stored central and are available if needed – no matter if via SOAP, REST or COM. With the brought spectrum of interfaces for the different business uses will be able to be processed within a short period of time. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (eh. Microsoft Dynamics NAV) – enaio® dynamics-nav
With the connection of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enaio® you can digitally store, organise and archive any incoming and outgoing documents in enaio®. In addition, the whole document content can be researched in enaio®.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (eh. Microsoft Dynamics AX) – enaio® dynamics-ax
Documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 are archived in enaio® and can be directly accessed and displayed in Dynamics 365. External dokuments can be scanned, via OCR, ICR respectively barcode-recognition will be tagged automatically, validated and will be stored in the right place within enaio®.

Together with the template for incoming invoice checking, the incoming invoices can be processed from receiving, recognising, through to the approval and to the final booking in DATEV. In this case the best-practice-approach is being followed, which allows a quick and cheap project planning in which individual adjustments can be made.
The interface to DATEV is realised by a microservice, which provides the provision of base data for the supplier file controls and the booking stacks for DATEV.
API – enaio® client-api
The interface can be used for the realisation of specific tasks as a project orientated OLE/COM-programming interface. The user can use their own code to intervene actions in enaio®.
Server-API – enaio® server-api
The interface can be used for the integration and connection of enaio® into any systems on any platforms. One component is the webservice interface, which allows the access of documents via URL.
LDAP-interface – enaio® directory-services
This component allows the taking over of users out of LDAP-directories and the authentication at the LDAP-server. With this, the user management of can be synchronised with the Microsoft active directory.
E-Mail-archiving – enaio® mail-archiver
Archiving incoming and outgoing emails automatically. – no problem with this module. E-Mails will be stored in a mailbox file in enaio® and will not be changed. In the process there can be new free configurable workflows can be started.
Microsoft Exchange with enaio®
enaio® exchange allows the taking over of emails including the attachments from the Microsoft exchange server. Full emails, or even just the attachments can be handed over to enaio® be archived.
Search for Outlook – enaio® search
enaio® search provides an outlook-extension, with which the search of already archived email subjects is possible. The search and the processing of archived emails is not possible without using enaio®.
